Here's another I watched so you don't have to, this one for the Love is Blind UK: Official Podcast hosted by Love is Blind hosts Emma and Matt Willis. Guests were superfans Clara Amfo and Julie Adenuga (seriously guys, not even one phone call?), and Love is Blind UK couple Jasmine Chamberlin aka Jasmine Johnson, and Bobby Johnson. Major spoiler alerts here because this one covers the reunion.
Ollie and Demi - broken up
Benaiah and Nicole - happily married & want to travel
Freddie and Cat - doner than done
Maria and Tom - also over
Steven and Sabrina - divorced
Now, I did do a full recap of the reunion with Love is Blind Season 6's Vince Doa, my fantastic new co-host who gave a ton of insight on what it's like to film the show. Here's what Matt and Emma had to say about the Love is Blind UK reunion though.
Sabrina Egerton and Steven Smith
Distance was a huge factor in their divorce. Sabrina shared that she visited and accommodated Steven far more than he ever reciprocated. He even cancelled plans to visit her on Christmas, prioritizing his business. He also doesn't like to communicate via phone/text unless there's a purpose, so not sure how he expected that one to work.
She dropped the iconic line, "you're a man of many words, but not a man of your word." That was the biggest bombshell of the reunion.
Superfan feedback: Surprised they didn't say no at the altar because those speedos were a red flag. Also, the whole kids thing.
Demi/Cat/Ollie/Jasmine Love Square
We've seen our fair share of love triangles, but the hosts of Love is Blind UK delivered our first love square - with Demi Jones, Cat Richards and Jasmine Chamberlain all vying for Ollie Sutherland's heart.
Demi was pissed Cat judged her appearance on a BLIND dating reality show.
Superfan feedback: Demi is the goddess of girl's girls. Everyone needs a friend like Jasmine to have their back.
Sam
He was too in his head at the reunion and should have apologized right off the bat. He blamed nerves for his awkward comments such as "I think I love you" and "boring brown eyes". Was he genuine or playing a character? Either way, it's landing terribly.
Demi was right to call him out for disrespecting Nicole and making comments about their physical connection or lack thereof. She's the friend Sam needs.
Superfan feedback: They think Sam has convinced himself that what he says is the truth. Nicole had a final come to Jesus moment at the reunion that Sam's words and actions did not line up.
Nicole and Benaiah
At first, Sam's words wooed Nicole, but she realized his genuine attentions when they met in person. Everyone loves Benaiah and that he didn't give Nicole a hard time about choosing Sam.
Jasmine Chamberlain (now Jasmine Johnson) and Bobby Johnson
They've been married a year now and are doing great! Keeping it a secret was the hardest part post-pods. Bobby moved to London where Jasmine lives.
They had a good idea who was still together at the reunion. They were surprised about Sabrina and Steven too, it was hard to witness their pain in person.
Jasmine's Mom
It was hard for Bobby to win over Marissa, Jasmine's mom. It was a gradual relationship. He spent time with her once Bobby moved to London and Jasmine was at work. He won her over and they get along very well now.
Jasmine's mom is very overprotective in general, and it wasn't necessarily about Bobby. She was on board with Jasmine doing the experiment.
